The Jingtai Liquid Crystal Display Technology model JT-4.96IPSHDINCELL is a 4.96-inch TFT LCD module with a high resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels. It features the ST7121P driver IC, which integrates controller and driver functions, and supports MIPI interfaces. The module operates from a supply voltage (Vdd) of 2.6V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V.
This 4.96-inch display utilizes IPS technology, providing a wide viewing angle of 85/85/85/85 (max) for consistent image quality from all directions.
The JT-4.96IPSHDINCELL is a portrait-mode TFT LCD module with a standard brightness of 350 nits, which can be customized up to 1000 nits upon request. It includes a Capacitive (CTP) touch panel, supporting I²C interface and multi-touch for a smooth and responsive user experience.
The module operates within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to +70 ℃ and can be stored at temperatures from -30 ℃ to +80 ℃.
